I really hope this page link stuff works... Still new at it.
Anywho, this is the second page of my cartooning final, and one of the ones that made me a little more hesitant when it came to posting this up. I try to keep my stuff generally positive and light-hearted, but I also like to tell stories from a 'character-first' perspective, and not all stories are happy ones.
From a construction point of view, this was all very enjoyable to work on. The panel of Valerie appearing behind Nestle is one of my favorites, though I debate on if it might have been better to have no borders on it and to extend it to avoid having that white space on either side. I think that might make the 'grab' panel a little harder to see, though. Ah well, at least I kept the layout consistent for the page measurements throughout this entire comic. I find that to be one of the most challenging parts of doing these.
