This one is a bit more traditional and not inspired by the movie (mostly because that’s actually a completely different dish), as it something I had as a kid when I lived in Europe.
I unfortunately neglected to take a picture of it after it came out of the oven, but I thought this one was very pleasing to the eye. I had some olive oil drizzled over the tops with a good sprinkling of kosher salt and freshly ground pepper.
