As seen in that wonderfully strange yet hunger inducing anime Food Wars.
This was a fun one to make. I followed as closely as I could the prep method shown in the first episode. Therefore the “pork” consists of steamed potatoes and cauliflower, with some sautéed onions mixed in, all wrapped in smoked bacon. As you can see here, I tied this bad boy up with some twine while it roasted l, with sprigs if Rosemary to add some aromatics. Not pictured is a soy sauce and red wine reduction that was poured over the top.
