500,000g and 950 wood as an anonymous donation just for Pam to immediately make a fucking mess of it and keep abusing Penny. Beep had been annoyed back at Pierre's shop, now he was PISSED. If he didn't busy himself with cleaning up the mess Pam made in the THIRTY FUCKING MINUTES since having the home, he was going to do something that would very negatively affect the townsfolk's perception of him.
Robin informed Pam and Penny the home was an anonymous gift to them early in the morning. Beep proceeded to spend the next several fucking hours cleaning up one piece of rubbish at a time, walking to the nearest rubbish bins to dispose of the litter. He had to take breaks, as even though it was the last day of summer, it was still hot outside. One break had him laying in the shade near Evelyn and George's house. He remained in the shade as George wheeled over, and the old man started absently talking at Beep about his cancer diagnosis, and what that would mean for his future and for Alex's future. It must've helped to speak aloud his worries, as George looked less worried (though still very much) as he left Beep to go inside.
During his next break under the tree near the sewer hatch, Beep watched Jodi watering the plants outside. Did she know he was there when she started talking? Ken was having a lot of complications readjusting to civilian life after the Ferngill Republic arraigned for the POW swap that brought him home to his family. Jodi was worried it was negatively impacting their children.
Once the area around the house was finally cleaned up, the sun was just barely starting to set. He went for a walk to the Spirit Springs to refresh, and set up the warp to his Nexus while he was there. Using the warp there as a shortcut home, he managed to find a Beach Totem to get to the beach before the boat launched for the Dance of the Moonlight Jellies.
The very next morning, the yard would be covered in bottles again.
Things different from canon; (AU???)
Gramps never had an heir, or they never show/ed up.
Stardew Valley Expanded; new maps, new NPCs, new events, a LOT of new stuff.
The new “Farmer” is just a Weird Ass Deer. NPCs will respond/react accordingly.
This is my first time playing Stardew Valley Expanded. Please no spoilers if you play SVE.

Unfortunately, the house is the same place as the trailer in the game, so I assume it’s discarded once the house is built. But ye; a LOT of players say they built the house for Penny’s sake.
And it’s established in the game Pam is an alcoholic. Which is weird because she’s also the bus driver? And you’d think she doesn’t drink as much once she gets her job back, but no.

I don't remember much from my Stardew Valley playthrough, except these two things: that I hated Pam with a passion, and that, gay as I may be, I ended up marrying Penny instead of one of the male options just to get her away from her horrible mom.
I too thought the same thing about Pam. From all the people in the entire valley, wasn't there anyone more qualified than her to drive the bus? She can't be the only one with a commercial driver's license, right? Considering all the secrets and easter eggs the game keeps throwing at you, I kind of kept expecting some random event where Pam crashes the bus and you end up stranded in the middle of nowhere.

I seriously wonder why, when the bus broke down, she didn't just get another job. Even if it was with Joja of all fucking places. Where did she even get the kind of money to have an alcohol problem anyway? I'm convinced the days she "took a day off" are just her being too shitfaced to drive.
Unfortunately Penny and Pam's situation hits entirely too close to home, so I try not to think too hard about it.
