Here is a wallpaper I did back in 2003. It was a fun wallpaper to do, especially the glass of beer. And yes, the hole in the upper left is off center. That is because this pool table is from Freaky Foxx’s pool hall where nothing is on the level.

The idea behind the perspective of the beer glass was to nudge the viewer's eye towards the center of the image and the center of the computer desktop, that being the area where the viewer generally is looking most of the time when working on their computer. A combination of artistic device and practicality.
