With some lateness, here's the continuation of the Kaijune-Kaijuly sequence!
Does "Kaijust" count?
"Well, you guessed right," sighed Offick. "The spatial void isn't a problem for him."
Indeed, satellite cameras and improvised recordings showed that Chet was now floating in space, much bigger than the planet.
Feeling no problem at all with the lack of oxygen, the cosmic radiations, and all that stuff.
And still growing bigger and faster.
"It's still almost unbelievable," mumbled Blutch. "It's clear the Aleph-69 has far more properties than expected. We'll have to really analyze and test like hell when Chet shrinks back."

Under normal circumstances, the original chemical would've had rather very bad effects when applied to animals...
But Aleph-69. Being a human DNA-contaminated version of the chemical, it also brings some amount of...adaptiveness. A sort of leeway that allows the body to become sturdy and resilient enough to not explode from the swelling muscle mass beneath the skin. But that also means an amazing sturdiness to external damage, to the point of ludicrousness.
That, or just horny furry logic.
