It was with a great relief for both men that indeed, Chet's growth started slowing down, and every sign that it would eventually reverse was clear.
For the rooster kaiju, it was instead a bit of a disappointment.
Even though he had outgrown the galaxy, had reached an impossible level of muscle and power.
He would have liked to grow even more.
And he was afraid that he wouldn't get to do it again.
He forcibly pushed these thoughts aside. Better enjoy it while he still could, and see where the chips would fall after.
He flexed wildly, diving anew in the raw pleasure...

All my macros, as they grow, develop subconscious Reality Warping powers.
That's how they can grow and walk around towns or continents without smashing or crushing anything or anyone.
They need to WANT to destroy something to do it (like when they outgrow empty buildings ).
So, Chet isn't dangerous to us unless he wants to.
