Continuing my latest 'sweeps month' (September, 2015), I present another classic 'photo-op' from ZooMiami (formerly Miami Metrozoo) from the 1990s for "Throwback Thursday"...

My friend from New York City, Linda Meris Skwer and I went to the zoo, to see all sorts of animals, and share some interesting moments together. Besides going to the petting zoo, the children's section, and even an elephant ride, we were attending an outdoor arena, where zoo associates brought out various wild animals that we got to see up close...

One of the animals we saw at this venue was a ruffed lemur (from Madagascar, Africa), which the associate kept on the end of a leash. When I took its picture it was just as curious about us, as we were about it!
