Happy Birthday Sly!!! (Story in Description)

The room sat in silence as a glow came from the kitchen. Five figures watched as the calico emerged from the room holding a big cake. She moved into the midst of the small group and stopped in front of the male standing there. "Happy Birthday Master." she said with a smile. "Happy Birthday Sly!" said the others around him. Luck, Pearl, Sakura, and Pips all stood around as they bid the male a happy day. "Blow out your candles and make a wish." said Sakura excitedly, holding her adoptive brother by the arm. Sly closed his eyes and took a breath. He blew them all out at the same time to be met with claps from his friends around him. "So what did you wish for?" asked Luck curiously. "That things won't change any time soon. My wish has already come true." said Sly truthfully. "You are such a corny goof. You know that?" asked Pearl as she pressed down on the male's head playfully. Everyone settled down as Maneki began to cut the cake. Sly smiled to himself lightly as he thought about all the changes his life has taken in the past few years. Everyone was in attendance that he was close to except for Penny who unfortunately had to work tonight. But he knew that she would be there as well if she could. He was very grateful to have everyone else all gathered to celebrate with.
