So compromising my ability to greet new guests in my foyer including foreign diplomats and ambassadors that i need to make a good impression on, by having my janitor who should be neither seen nor heard asleep in my main meeting hall, and thus giving the impression that I not only condone but allow such slovenly practice is somehow justified because you were too tired, by your own hubris and error yet you managed to set up a hammock instead of finding some place less public to crash. Yes so professional. Whereas my advisor whom I have granted full autonomy to investigate such things is behaving not unlike a animal version of a police force in a fairly effective form of interrogation. she has permission to do what she is doing, you however did not.
Artemis, sincerely, you are jumping the gun and there REALLY are other ways to do things.
Shall you be blaming this ill-doing on an innocent, this means tha you will be also declaring as the "investigation" ended and thus leaving the true evil-doer unpunished...
And why would he poison Hector? He got nowhere to go back to, after all if he had somewhere to flee to, he would be packing things by now. Really, such action would be just a big shoot in the foot, even if he REALLY intended harm - not the best time, not the best move.

Artemis does have a point. If their roles were reversed (and don't forget, they were not long ago) How would he react? Don't forget, not very long ago he was gleefully torturing and draining her. And as she points out, he did a number on Silver. Could this shark change his skin so fast? No, I don't think Hector's poisoning was his work, but he's still got some comeuppance coming.
TM (again, THAT FACE! Artemis, you can truly be scary when you choose.)

Hmmmm.... Cobalt seems to have a coward's streak in him.... but at the same time he has an honest acknowledgement of his shortcomings and misdeeds that many 'braver' people do not..... his response seems to have a sense of inevitability to it, he knows he has no position to bargain for his life but at the same time simply says that he did not do this particular misdeed.
Mind you, an angry Artemis is not something that many people would feel brave in front of.... especially if they are the target of that anger. We see again the passion Artemis has for those she acknowledges as friends..... and the deep reserves of anger she usually keeps safely tucked away..... and unfortunately for Cobalt, through his prior actions, he embodies the source of much of that anger and therefore he may draw a much stronger response from her than she initially planned..... or maybe she did plan this all the time... only she knows....
