A list of requested characters that will be drawn:
- Ed Bighead / Rocko's Modern Life / 1993
- Axle / Let's Have Fun! At The Slush Puppie Factory / 1996
- Flat Eric / Levi's / 1999
- Duncan the Daredevil / Dunkaroos / 1996
- Fantomcat / Fantomcat / 1995
- Bro and Bro / What's up doc / 1992
- Bad Bob / Rex and Runt / 1998
- Stealth / Sifl and Olly / 1998
- Norman Nettle / Grotbags / 1991
- Red Guy / Cow and Chicken / 1997
- Lizard / Fern Gully / 1992
If you want to add some character / mascot - you're welcome, i might consider all manly characters. But i would really prefer funky, wacky, typical for 90's in their kitsch glory.
I will not take any flesh or pale characters, since my current drawing style - brunaille underpaint, works better with more interesting colors, but isn't the best for pastels. Won't consider humans. Won't take characters from other decades.
BUT! If there's a special abomination, something that is a crime against design - i might do it out of order or theme.

As an Alternative, there's plenty of anthro characters from this series:

And now you say it, yeah Noah's Island is kind of bland looking. At the time I guess I was distracted by the fact they're all anthro animals and the story could get rather grim at times. Its a strange thing looking back at it, mostly a half remembered hazy memory.
What about the alien Dr. Xargle?

Would Red Guy from Cow & Chicken work?
I suppose I'll suggest I.M. Weasel from I Am Weasel instead then, that probably fits the bill better than those two.
But I imagine you have a lot of characters to choose from already now, so don't feel obligated to or anything!
Stealth from Sifl and Olly
Bob from Rex The Runt
Noo-noo from the Telly Tubbies
Norman Nettle from Grotbags
Grub Bug from Bug Alert
Brian the Dinosaur from Parallel 9.
Any of the aliens from Space Jam would be a huge hit, specifically Mr. Swackhammer if you wanted to carry over the DILF-y theme from your previous series. The pre-transformation designs of the monstars are cute and less human though.
This ones definitely too humanoid, but Trantor the troll from Ernest Scared Stupid could be a really entertaining abomination.
