Autumn - WIP flat colours in progress

The only WIP of this i'll post (don't want to ruin the "woooo" factor for finished work....
There will be a few final colour versions -
One with black lines, one with colour lines, one without lines (maybe, if it looks okay)...Within those styles i might also try a few different ideas on the dress and bg colours....etc....so a little tease, what the pic looks like starting off, before shadows and hi-lights, blendings, lights, bg, etc....(Tiny bit of blending colours on face, maybe not visible on this small size....)
Autumn is Sugar-tail's <can't copy link to her page right now... grrr - can't put in all info, my comp/net is malfunctioning tonight....will fix info as soon as i can....>

One of the strange things about this pic is that the feathers are going to be peacock coloured even though they're not peacock feathers - some sort of alternate universe thingy i guess....The butterflies might also be glowing, even though they're not fireflies....Who needs logic....?
Thanks for being so patient with my slow process, and for helping me when i thought i couldn't do any colour work for awhile! ^_^
i can't get SAI to respond to wacom tablet, so this is being done in Gimp (the current version is so much better than what it was a few years ago)
i'm running three OS of linix, two versions of Ubuntu, and one of Kubuntu, and only Kubuntu works with the wacom (at least it does!!!!)....long story....
You've been a good friend to me since i started posting here, and i figure kindness magnifies all around! ^_^
Now I really can't wait to see the finished version! Hold on...there's more than one? Aiyah!!
One i want to try is a bit M.C.Escher-esque - with the dress being a butterfly print pattern and the butterlies emerging from it....some other odd ideas might get tried as well....
