Esen-Ali is the heir to the throne of heaven, and honestly, she practically is already the Regent, as she does most of her father's job for him to help with his age. She hasn't taken up the mantle as goddess of heaven and forced her father into retirement officially yet, because she does not want to admit to herself that her dad is aging and old and no longer fit to be ruler.



This is on top of her being a reaper. She actually became a reaper at a relatively young age being that she is the child of a god, 1787 years old (that would be roughly at about around 18 or 20 for human lifespans) her first assignment as a reaper ended up what we now know as the first Passover.
