An example of the Republic's finest, an aged fellow and a wry, clever tinker; as his name implies, he makes his trade more as an ambassador, and thus has a way with words and reading others that is almost vital to his job. He routinely travels the world as part of this, and has seen much in his advanced age, but thankfully his mind remains wry and sharp even now.
As said, a redux of his attire, just having a little more fun with it and trying to be a bit more fancy.
