since i'd been feeling a bit better from my hip pain i decided to try walking on treadmill again
Given no exact diagnosis from getting a checkup, i had more or less assumed that walking/jogging might've been the cause for my pain, so i had been hesitant to try walking on treadmill again
to my relief, i felt pretty good about walking some time on it, without adverse consequences
