Bio:
-was taken during his own little adventure when he was distracted by something shiny
-given enhancements based on his Tanuki and Pen abilities
-able to shapeshift into regular objects to hide and sneak around, as well as using his fountain pen tail to draw and paint fake objects and openings that seem to function just as the real thing for him, only for enemies to run smack into the wall, basically looney toons painted tunnel logic
-he can also paint other people to disguise them like someone else, perfect for pranks and espionage
-enjoys having art and calligraphy sessions with Artisan
-loves to paint anything that looks grey and dull and make it look more colorful
-mark found on right leg

Story:
One day as Artisan and Michiru were hanging out at the artists corner at Crownreef Plaza, they heard a commotion at a nearby space so they went to check it out. Turns out that section had plans on painting a mural on the blank walls, but someone already painted something it. Art and Michiru were amazed by the mix of traditional Japanese art and calligraphy with modern graffiti art, a blend of past and present art forms. While the people who wanted to paint the mural originally were upset that someone beat them to it, they admit that the art was amazing. Taking a closer look, both ragtags saw that the art sort of trailed off around the corner, and seeing how the paint is still a little wet, means the mystery artist was nearby. So following the trail, they soon found the artist at work, curiously using their tail which looked like the tip of a fountain pen to paint up the blank walls with lots of vibrant colors. The artist soon noticed the two and surprisingly stayed chill, greeting them while he kept wagging his tail and wobbling his plump poofy butt painting the wall. Artisan and Michiru were surprised that the artist was another lost ragtag, see ing the mark on their leg, as the Tanuki introduced himself as Pato. Turns out he knew who Art and Michiru were when he asked from the locals and was excited that he managed to find the ragtags on his own. Pato explained how he landed in Crownreef and found his way to the art corner, where he spiced up the place with his own art and hanging out in the general area, asking the locals around for the other ragtags. Art and Michiru were happy that they managed to find another ragtag sibling, giving their smol tanuki bro a beeg hug as Pato offered them to paint with him, which they happily accepted, bringing some much needed color to the area.
