Some skaven didn't change much after being teleported to a new world. Luckily for them, the blueprints for their old armor were preserved and better weapons were added. And while the new stormvermins has changed their moral principles for the better, they still have their fighting rage and thirst for battle. Over the years, these soldiers became the main part of the ratmen army. They prefer a sword and shield, but can also take halberds and form a defensive formation that has proven effective against cavalry and monsters. Due to their ingrained code of honor, stormvermins are extremely reluctant to retreat, although they are capable of changing positions as quickly as other types of troops.
