Medical side was enlightening, if still in the works. Hospital stay showed that most things were okay on basic labs, but blood pressure was inconsistently high(a bit of arrhythmia on the EKG, though not one that the nurse caught). Blood sugar is high, and we don't know if it's actually diabetes or if the pancreas are healthy but the neuropathy is preventing them from working right. Either way, spells a lot of the more downtown symptoms.
Referral to a good Spinal Expert, so we'll see where that goes. They can take a deeper look beyond just bone structure, examine the actual spinal cord and so forth.
Not looking forward to the bills. Bankruptcy in my future! Huzzah. Welcome to America.
