Rita, also known as Remedy Including Turret Android, is a deeply modernized version of the combat android that was also once converted from an Aperture Science turret. Rita retained her predecessor’s weapon skills, but now her priority is pulling wounded comrades from the battlefield and then providing them with medical care. Standardization greatly reduced the cost of production and repair of this android compared to expensive single models of the Robotnik family. It has also become possible to use an android as a nurse for peaceful purposes.
