Some cities of Silver League can teach the magical arts to everyone in their academies and the talkative parrot race regularly takes advantage of this opportunity. Excellent memory, good learning ability and inventiveness make them capable wizards. Cockatiels are one of the most numerous members of the parrot race, many of which serve the Silver Cities as battle mages along with human ones (inspired by academy mages and archmages from HoMM V).
