Enderlice are the second pupal stage of an Endtroid's life cycle. They are roughly as large as a sea nettle. It is at this stage where they first begin to grow a tail.

All Enderlice, regardless of sex, are unable to teleport.

Their teeth are similar to those of a feline's, allowing them to chew tough, fibrous material (such as Chorus fruit) while still having a dangerous bite. Enderlice also eat Endermites, which cannot easily escape due to their speed.

Enderlice attack all large creatures that to not have a familiar scent, more often than not for the purpose of feeding on their circulatory fluids. If their prey retaliates, they will flee, and the would-be prey is instead killed by nearby Endermen. Because its high pH compared to their environment, human blood is dangerous for Enderlice to consume, though this does not stop them from trying.
