Originally a pencil drawing. I scanned it and refined the drawing into this.
Endertiels are the final pupal stage of an Endtroid's life cycle. By this point, they are the roughly the size of a large parrot, and their reptilian features have strongly started to shine through. They still largely rely on adults to survive, but have taken to levitating up to Chorus plants to eat fruit growing from stems. Notably, this is the first stage where female Endtroids can teleport, and the last stage where normal Endtroids are able to fly, while queens regain flight through wings in their final stage.
Female Endertiels teleport with a "cloud" of energy due to their Ender Pearls still being underdeveloped, and risk death doing so. There have been several recorded instances of Endertiels attempting to teleport and being turned to mangled jelly as a result.
Their teeth are similar to those of a feline's, allowing them to chew tough, fibrous material (such as Chorus fruit) while still having a dangerous bite. Endertiels also eat Endermites, which cannot easily escape due to their speed.
With poor eyesight, Endertiels cannot see whether or not a creature makes eye contact. This causes them to attack whatever animals they see, unless it is a Shulker or another Endtroid, which it identifies by scent. Though their bite is not immediately dangerous if attacked by a lone individual, a swarm of Endertiels can easily kill a human in under 2 minutes if nothing is done to stop them. Killing one usually sends the rest of the swarm fleeing.
