I wanted to prioritize uploading the artwork that I'd commissioned of Seph and all of it's alternate versions before I attempted to repost some of my older commissions again (or rather, in this case, artwork featuring my characters, as I wasn't responsible for purchasing this one), because those images mark the first introduction to Seph's characterization with a proper design and I wanted examples of him on my profile, but now that those have all been successfully submitted, my upload schedule can more or less return to "regular programming". Technically speaking, there are a lot more commissions that are older than this one that I could be posting instead, but I'd already started resubmitting this sequence a while ago so I figured I may as well finish doing that.

People may recognize this as an alternate version of something I've already uploaded to my account; specifically, this one (https://www.furaffinity.net/view/52680197/), which was illustrated by  PriestofJashin and commissioned by  randomguy16. I don't think anyone will have had the chance to see this variant considering as Jashin never actually uploaded it to their account, to my knowledge... man, imagine if I uploaded the alternate versions of images less than 8 months apart from the original artwork? Anyway, basically when me and Randomguy saw the belly version (avoiding using the "V" word so that this doesn't pop up when users manually search for it), we thought that the background was so ridiculously beautiful that we needed a more atmospheric alt without the belly! And with that, this came into existence.

Honestly, looking back at it August's proportions look just a liiiittle wonky since he wasn't originally drawn without the presence of a gut mind, but Jashin did good work with what they were given!

Maybe if August collects enough leaves, he can glue them to to antlers and actually look like an autumn Sawsbuck in fall! But why is August still wearing Cederic's armour, you ask? Well... wouldn't you, if it looked so fashionable?
