Photographers can be such sticklers for getting the absolute perfect shot at times. Hard enough when you're asked to stand still for an hour, but when you have to rear up on cue - without making it look like you've just reared up of course - then it gets all the more tiring. Fortunately (for the photographer) they were able to line up the ideal pose after only a few tries, and in fairness it does look rather good. Fortunate for the floor too!
