Hee-Ho, howdy everyone! Today I bring you even more stuff about the members of the chosen! Yipee! I think we're almost at the halfway point now... Although characters like Freya will probably get more or less an entire reference sheet about them. It was kind of hard not to give Maria her own lmfao. Mostly as she is technically, the first Chosen outside of Ayvil, and in terms of writing the setting before I changed things massively... They, kind were! Lmfao. (Also, my god has it been a long time since I've drawn her.)
I mean once again, less is more, I won't elaborate too much, but yes, Maria is technically an Assassin, the thief of the party, the rogue, the vagabond, whatever you wanna call her lmfao. Despite wearing heavy armor she's silent as ever and knows both the way in swords and magic that enhance her sneaky abilities. Such as turning purely invisible, being able to enhance her speed, being able to cause mass debuffs, and even mark targets for the rest of the party.

I want to point out that this is an Epic Dark Fantasy setting with a lot of mythological and religious tones and that there is no real-life connection to any of these events, religions, characters and it is fully, grounded, in fantasy. There is no copyright infringement also intended to other forms of media as Skin to Scales is meant to be its own thing and something I've been working on for a very long time. This is the same setting where faith is a massive part of the magic system, and it is usually meant to have a very bright and colorful art style to help balance the tone.
