simple stuffed burgers.
Make 2, 3oz patties and keep them thin (I used waxed paper and a rolling pin making them 1/4" thick)
Place cheese of your choice on one patty and any other fixings (These are bacon bits and fine-chopped onion)
I used sliced Colby Jack cheese and a biscuit-cutter to make it round and sandwiched the bacon and onion between two slices
Place second patty on top and seal the edges
Fry/broil/grill per your means and enjoy (Mine are done in an air-fryer (too hot to grill outdoors) 400f for 16 minutes flipping them half way through)
Not sure how they'll store before cooking, 3 or 4 days I'd think
