This isn't necessarily limited to when my emotions decide to peace out. Sometimes I'm not always sure how to respond to stuff, but this doesn't mean I'm not interested. It just means I don't know what to say.


I get not everyone is comfortably able to info dump for 15 straight minutes with no interruption but I enjoy hearing how passionate people can be about stuff.


That said, it's not like I'd say no to hearing a friend talk about their RPG sessions. Tabletop or otherwise.

Panel 1: Thad is trying to describe a tabletop RPG campaign he and some friends had. He looks a bit confused.

Thad: There we were marching through the Marsh of Misery on our way to fight the Duke of Despair. My guild and I thought we were prepared but as it turned out...

Thad: You don't seem very interested in what I have to say.

Panel 2: Hearts tilts her head in emotionless confusion as Thad tries to explain himself.

Hearts: What makes you think that?

Thad: Well, I'm telling you about my Castles and Creatures guild going up against the Duke of Despair and you just look like you're bored. Should I talk about something else? I can if you're not interested.

Panel 3: Hearts is looking blankly into the camera, her emotionless expression making her look very creepy.

Hearts: I am VERY interested.
