Generally when I go to the store, I might feel euphoric that I managed to pull myself out of the house to go do something different with my time. But as soon as I enter the building I often experience a wave of anxiety. Especially during the busier times of the year. While there are exceptions I don't like crowds of people, even if they're small crowds.

There have been times I have avoided the store, even when it was on the way back home, specifically because the 10-20 minutes I spent in another store effortlessly drained my entire social battery. What's more frustrating about this is those have been instances where I might have needed to pick up food in order to edge out the rest of the week.
