A classic Indian dish that almost every chef loves to put their own twist and spin on this classic recipe.
Here’s my recipe:
1-dice chicken and prep choice veggies
2-add veggies and chicken to hot pan with equal parts olive oil and butter then cook until veggies are firm and there is no pink in chicken
3-add sauce and simmer on medium low until desired thickness is reached
4-serve on bed of rice with naan bread + favourite chutney and enjoy!
For Nsurfer's spice mix, he states: "I used a butter chicken base sauce and then added my own blend of spices to it. For the spices I used curry powder, paprika, chili powder, cayenne, cumin, cinnamon, ginger and chili flakes."
