Personality: Martin is a very prim and proper gentleman that harbors a secret mischievous and playful side that usually only shows around specific people. He likes wearing comfy robes and slippers in private, and Victorian-inspired formalwear in public. An avid collector of antiques from Al-Andalus.
Background: Martin is an enigma by all accounts, save for the fact that he may very well be the first vampire in existence. But that is of little importance, for he has come to Coast City and set up shop with a band/clan of gargoyles in his service as well as connections to individuals such as the Phantom of the Sands, Night Groper, and Shock Dragon among many others. His goals are largely unknown, but he brokers information to those who desire it...at a cost.
That cost, for individuals like Shock, is donating blood or serving for a spell under the wolf as a butler/servant in all the ways that please Martin.
