Today it came to my attention that a decision of mine regarding a piece of artwork I had commissioned proved to be a mistake of compounding nature. During the process of deciding what sort of outfit one of my characters should wear for their superhero self, I had considered from a number of references I had gathered from across the internet before settling on one of the bunch. The outfit in question was drawn by Cxcxxcxxxx, an artist over on Twitter. I used the reference as is, with no changes applied, because I thought it was a perfect fit for the character.

This morning I was made aware that Cx had seen the image and made a post about it, not very happy with the fact I had taken his design and changed it only in shades of colors to match the ones from Martin's first image. Needless to say I was not expecting that. And thus I apologize, both to CX and you all for making a choice that I should've spent more time thinking over instead of opting for it being a effectively identical copy to the artpiece I used as a reference. For what it's worth as well, I'll do my best to not make such a mistake again in the future while working to fix this one.
