He'll grope your chest. And he'll make sure you're enjoying it too, even though he yanks you up into the night sky to satisfy his lust for chests to grope and enjoy.
Background: He simply gropes chests, and is a Mothman cryptid that came out of nowhere and decided that his main groping grounds is Coast City, but he operates anywhere/everywhere. Oh, and he's also friends/rivals with the Phantom of the Sands.
