Devon Baxter, one of a group of up-and-coming animation writers/historians, visited me at my abode on Sunday. He noted to me that my Warner Bros. Cartoon Companion, written long ago, had been an inspiration to him. He also took this portrait of me, which reminded me of the old, ca. 1940s Calvert scotch whisky ads for "Men of Distinction."

On the other paw, wiseacre extraordinaire  Major Matt Mason was making George Bernard Shaw jokes at my expense. Hard to refute him.
