This was recorded for a project I have been asked to help with, called 'Maude'
'Maude' is the story of a vixen flier and her Gee Bee R1 aircraft. The focus of the story is the 1931 National Air Races, where she will be flying the pylons. This music was chosen for a lovely love scene to accompany your reading;
If ever a pair was truly destined to be, Maude and Razor were it. First meeting at the Granville hanger where they both took delivery of their R-1 Super Sportsters, it was love from the beginning, though Razor might not have exactly understood that. In 1931, at the Cleveland National Air Races, this was finally realized... and aviation was never quite the same afterwords.

Yes. This is one of the nicest pieces, especially because it does so without having top resort to overly quick and ' exciting' rhythms. Quite amazing! Not to say taht they aren't exciting, but you know, it's nothing energetic like a... finale. anyway! Glad you liked it, and we're only too happy to have introduced you to a new piece! =D
Beautifully played, and I can tell the bitterness in this piece too. The music actually sounds more sad than sweet to me. The tune is very familiar to me though!!! I don' know where I heard it, but it feels like I heard it not too long ago... GAH it's on the tip of my tongue, but oh well :S
Happy New Year~

Audiological bliss. Puts me in mind of the music used for 'steambirds', which is a game about steampunk aerial warfare. So you've hit the mark right on the bullseye. :3
I'm writing a graphic novel which I would love to fit some music like this into. Let me know if you're interested in a bit of a personal project. ;)
