The major problem that I can see is that her legs are too short and too thick; I suggest reanalyzing their proportions.
And also, the way the boots bend in the middle is...awkward. Particularly the the right one; the front end seems to almost be melting off...
Other than that, you seem to have a fine piece here. Any other problems will be wiped out once you move it from the concept stage.

Love the perspective on the wings :3 and a great concept. It's true that the angle on the feet don't look exactly the same, But not so much "wrong" as like, her left leg is leaning in close to her right instead of them both sticking out straight. If that makes sense. As does the boots bending in the middle once you realize she has more squirrel like feet :3
