Oh Sir Ept. You've just killed a mighty dragon, possibly even the first of your long and painful career, and now you're going to be savagely beaten by a sign-wielding pack of the radical opposition. Yours is a rough lot.

His equipment is against him here. Even if he ditches his sword, the weight of his (theoretically) dragon-proof armour is considerably greater than the combined weight of the protestors' anachronistic denim jeans/campaign sweatshirt combination. If it's just short sprints and reflexive darting he'd be fine, but a prolonged escape run will leave him exhausted, and at the mercy of the picket sign's fury.
I've never watched the cartoons so i have very little experience on Mark Hamills performance. But how did Ledger manage to top Jack Nicholson? From the jokers first scene in Dark Knight i was totally sold, even though i was sure that Ledger can't be so good as everyone is saying. I'm so glad i was wrong in that.
Well i've only seen Romero in that old movie, which i don't remember anymore, and i've seen that cartoon on tv but i hated the art style (reminds me of those newer turtles series, yack!) But still i think that none of them is bad in their portrayal of joker. But my all time favourite scene of the joker is when nicholsons joker says "my balloons...he stole my balloons..." before shooting that batairplane thingy, but i can't find that scene from youtube. BTW started today playing Arkham Asylum and it ROCKS, except the artstyle.
It's before that line but in the same scene. But Arkham is a very good game but... what's with Harley Quinn? Her look is wayyyy off. And batman is a bit too muscular to my taste. Oh and in every cutscene where someone talks, they just stand still and only their mouths move. I get some chuckles from that so it's not a bad thing
What, villains aren't allowed a change of clothes every once in a while? Harley's harlequin outfit was probably in the wash.
Batman is supposed to be muscular, he's a man who's trained himself to a physical peak. If it still bothers you, just think of it as the Batsuit's armour plating.
No they don't. They move about plenty, especially the Joker. The only time I can recall a character not moving in a cutscene is when Commissioner Gordon is tied to a chair.

But i don't see any harlequinish in Harleys costume. I think that that costume change solely exists that they could have Boobarella in this game. And by muscular i mean Batmans head is way too small to his body which is overly muscular. But that's my opinion. I like Keatons portrayal of Batman, that sort of your every man. And yes Joker moves...alot. I mean those conversation scenes when Batman talks for example with guards. They are hilarious! Allthough i have only played it for couple of hours so i don't know what kind of things will happen later in the game. But i'm still totally into that game, it's very good.
Well, her new costume does have a bit of the alternating colour motif and the domino mask, plus her pigtails evoke the headgear she wore. But even if her tits are almost hanging out, she's still the same skipping, prancing, Mistuh J-lovin' girl Batfans know and love, Arleen Sorkin and all.
I may not be a huge expert on bodily proportion, but Batman looks fine to me. Besides, when he's beating up entire groups of thugs at once, you probably won't notice so much. He is at least not nearly as bad as a lot of Rob Liefeld's work.
As for Keaton's Batman, he did indeed do a fine job in the cowl, but this particular Batman is written by Paul Dini and voiced by Kevin Conroy, just like the Animated Series Batman.
Still, minor flaws aside, I'm glad you're enjoying the game! I hope you enjoy it right up to the end!

Oh i sure hope too! i'm not that familiar with harley quinn as a character because i haven't watched the cartoon or read the comics. I like the character but not the looks. If something isn't broken, don't fix it. But these are all minor complaints as they don't affect the game at all. It still rocks. (mmm... domino is a name of certain cookies in Finland *drool*)
Well, I don't tend to rank the Joker's various potrayers much, since I'm not good at that kind of comparison. All four of them brought something excellent to the role: Romero perfectly embodied the zany capering clown, Ledger perfectly embodied the eerie sociopathic madman, and Nicholson struck a unique balance between both sides of the coin (to borrow a metaphor from another member of the Rogue's Gallery).
But my favourite Joker will probably always be Mark Hamill. His maniacal voicework is both clown and psychopath, and combined with the character's writing seems to suggest something deeply sinister, even more so than simple murder and anarchy. And it also helps that the guy can pull off an evil laugh better than Vincent Price on nitrous oxide.

Makes sense.
I mean when all of us artist make a Dragon slayer image, we get bash by so many people. Do not get me wrong. I like dragons myself and drawing them, it is just the one time I draw a slaying image, I get bashed for it. XD
This is a great image you made that speaks out to all of us. XD

That is unfortunate, I'm sorry to hear that. I probably managed to evade such persecution by making the dragonslayer the butt monkey of the series. It's a bit hard to vilify someone who fails so often and so miserably. A bit like Wile E. Coyote, really.
Either way, thank you for the kind words!
