Also considering the person who did read exactly what was going on more or less (Sarah) was not at all pleased with how crazy and dark the human world had gotten, I would wager those who do figure it out would rather not spread the word.
Yeah, they've been getting a humble as of late

Simply they don't bond with their offspring, but they do hold a value on adults. kids are easy to replace whereas an adult isn't. It's a very dreklike bit of psychology.
Moreover as they talk about in this comic, there is a value to helping out other dens, including Elder dens. Namely the ideas of Generalized and Balanced Reciprocity. When you help out another den in your clan the other dens of your clan are going to be willing to trust your den and work with your den. It's building trust, respect, and social unity and goodwill in the larger social organization.
In other words, literally a foundation of tribal societies

Well no they definitely did, you don't go from one critter to the next with the exact same wiring. It's just that they have some similarities with humanity and an equal number of differences. But make no mistake the difference between the Sivilão and drekir societies is almost entirely cultural.
The Sivilão tend to have customs of "honorable deaths" for the elderly who can't work. Less to do with biology and more to do with culture.

Calling tribes a human instinct is generally wrong. There is a reason why we see band societies which had existed for millions of years prior to, concurrently with, and into the modern day with tribal societies. It's not natural human instinct, it's a mix of biological, evolutionary, environmental, and economic factors that determine human social organization.
This isn't an "Anthrological pattern" with many contemporary and historic societies contradicting you, you're just bluntly wrong here.
This would not imply what you are saying.
Basic social organization is common amongst many species and intergroup cooperative large scale organization, while only human, is kinda a must for anything to make a society in the first place, so of course there are going to be some vague similarites in that they form societies. Drekir pursue social organization in notably different ways from humans (dens and den clans for example). The Sivilão life represents drekir working mostly as intended this is true. Though of course drekir can and obviously do function outside of sivilão society. There are just a lot of leftovers from the society they were technically built to do such as reproductive patterns, anatomy and biology, and other such things.
You're just straight wrong friend sorry
