Having mastered the profound ability to stand and walk exclusively on his hind legs through rigorous sessions of practice, August has gotten reasonably adjusted to manipulating objects with his forelegs. However, in times of excitement or ignorance, occasionally it's easy to forget that you're an ungulate and that things won't magically remain in place if you attempt to hold them with a single hoof, with disastrous consequences if said object is a freshly brewed mug of steaming, otherwise delicious coffee...

Goldy-Gry! They were thankfully patient with me despite my unmanageable habit of not being able to condense my messages down to a preferable size, and I recommend that anyone check them out if they open for artwork again! This was acquired earlier in the year during the Spring, hence why August is in his Autumn forme rather than Winter, but there was a few delays due to circumstances in Goldy's personal life.

I'm sure there are times when he wishes that he had fingers or opposable thumbs, but otherwise, I don't think he'd have it any other way! The fact that hooves are non-prehensile and primarily built for walking is a reminder of the feat he's accomplished with his gait.
