So, when we last saw Tina and Sherryl, they were picking out some footwear for their trip home in some rainy weather. Well, rainy enough to make it a poor idea to have wore the new shoes Sherryl did when Tina dragged her off way back in Installment 55. For a moment, we get to see their selection of alternate footwear, stack-heeled jelly sandals. Pretty low-end ones, as they have no cushioned footbed, just the bare plastic. But that means they're unaffected by rain, puddles...and other stuff the first two are known to generate.
Technical: These pages mark the first since the WmF? restart completely done digitally. The setting places this duo outside between rainstorms (you might be able to make out a weather radar page displayed on Sherry's phone), so it's cloudy and more than a little foggy, which will make itself evident on the next page. For this reason, I've minimized the amount of shading and highlights, as the daylight is no longer coming from a single point source, but diffused through the clouds and fog.
