It's a thankless job, but somebody's got to do it. Anyway, here's an odd guy for ya. Not much more to say.

History:
Andre originally lived in Hoenn’s Cherrygrove City, living the high life with his rich parents, his father being a scientist who had worked on the machine to resurrect Hoenn fossils, and his mother, a part of the staff of the Cherrygrove Department Store. He was an enthusiastic boy, rather loud and obnoxious a lot of the time.
However, at the age of eight something went horribly wrong for him. He was involved in a car crash, and although he and his parents survived, his parents took severe injuries. He was left unscathed by the crash, but the view of his parent’s injuries was enough to scar him for life. While his parents were in hospital he was taken care of by foster parents, who didn’t notice his change having not known him before. He had become quiet and calm, hardly ever talking. Simply dismissed as short-team post-traumatic problems he was left alone for the time being.
He was far from unchanged by the incident. The image of his parents’ injuries during the crash became stuck in his mind. That was when he began to become obsessed with dissection and medication, constantly reading about the study and working hard in his school in order to make his way into the career. Even when his parents returned, mostly unchanged from their treatment, his obsession remained.
He mainly kept his strange interest tom himself though, as his parents were often too busy at their jobs too worry to much. Besides, it was ending up getting him great grades at school, and eventually these grades got him into the PCA, no to mention through it too.
Personality:
Andre is generally very quiet, rarely if ever saying a word. He is highly submissive towards others’ plans, rarely saying anything against their plans, no matter how crazy. That’s the main reason he’s the boyfriend of Janice, who enjoys messing about with anyone who allows her too. He doesn’t complain no matter what he does, whether she puts him on a leash or puts him in dresses. He is a complete pacifist, his moveset showing this well.
While quiet and rather uninterested in pretty much everything, Andre perks up immediately at the suggestion of anything medical. Andre is a genius in medication, and has yet to fail a single test in his course, making him one of the best students in the medication in the school. However, this skill is rather overshadowed by his near psychotic obsession with the idea of surgery and dissection, a fact which disturbs pretty much everyone he is known by. This obsession should really be overlooked though, as he has never made any mistakes in his operations and the like due to this obsession.
Interests:
Andre is obsessed with medical studies of all types, from veterinary surgery to herbal medicines. This strange and rather disturbing obsession caused him to study the subject endlessly in his childhood, and thus he became incredibly skilled in the subject, topping his class effortlessly when he got the chance to actually do the subject in the PCA.
Apart from this obsession Andre has hardly any interests at all, simply following everyone else in their own interests and journeys.

Freshman Moves:
Will-O-Wisp: Andre, being a Vulpix, has learnt how to use Will-O-Wisp, although like most of his offensive moves he rarely uses it.
Grudge: Andre is a pacifist at heart, although he is fine with pulling his foes down to allow his team an easier fight. With this move he makes a grand sacrifice, transforming all of his energy into a negative equivalent which crushes his opponents’ abilities, but also causes him to faint from the loss of energy.
Safeguard: Andre is definitely the supporter of his team, rarely joining in the actual fighting. With this move he creates strong barriers around himself and his allies which, while unable to negate entire hits, can definitely soften the blows on his teams.
Captivate: While Andre’s fascination in dissection and the like would make one think he’d end up being rejected by most people a lot of the girls of the school actually have a thing for the boy’s quirky style and generally ‘cute’ personality. While he rarely does it intentionally Andre’s shy but polite behaviour can charm girls easily, even in battle, especially since he’s no threat to them due to his pacifism.
Sophomore Moves:
Double Team: With the use of his illusionary powers Andre blurs his own image, making himself seem to be in a position a few metres from his actual placement. While this means that hardly any attack can hit the seemingly invincible image of the boy the illusion is not a physical effect but rather alters his target’s mind, meaning that their teammates (and his own) will still see his actual body.
Protect: Another of Andre’s defensive abilities. With this move he conjures a unbreakable barrier which can now be quite sizeable to due to his experience with the move.
Substitute: A handy ability considering his defensive role with this move Andre makes a doll-like duplicate of himself (although he can shape it into other things, this is the most practical) with some of his energy, using the lifeless ‘doll’ to block attacks or confuse enemies. The ‘doll’ can be manipulated by Andre at short ranges with some effort, although it is useless offensively due to it requiring a moment to perform the movement commanded of it.
Endure: Bracing himself for the impact of an attack Andre focuses his energy to holding onto his consciousness, allowing him to avoid fainting after even the most devastating attacks, although he is usually left drained of any chance to continue fighting afterwards.
Junior Moves:
Disable: Firing off a cluster of vivid blue threads from his sides Andre binds his opponents with these spiritual threads, disabling them from being able to use one or more of it’s moves, although without focussing the attack before using it Andre does not get to choose which move.
Faint Attack: Andre’s most used offensive move. Coating his arm with a black aura he slashes his foe, dealing an average amount of damage. It’s nothing special.
Power Swap: One of Andre’s odder moves, this ability allows him to swap the power boosts of himself and a target whom he is in physical contact with. The move takes a moment to be used so he generally uses it on allies, to take away their powers’ negations since he didn’t need to worry about these negatives due to his lack of offensive moves. He can use it on enemies to steal their benefits of course, but due to the time required for the transfer it is generally not worth the struggle.
Psych Up: With this move Andre copies the ability bonuses of a friend or foe onto himself. In conjunction with Power Swap this can be quite effective, as he can take the attack boosts of a foe and swap them to an ally, or take the negation of an ally and swap them to a foe. These two moves are probably Andre’s favourites in battle due to their flexibility.
Senior Moves:
Magic Coat: A strange move for a Vulpix, Mirror Coat surrounds Andre with a thin reflective aura, which reflects the effects of any poisons or other status-effecting moves or substance back at their users via an unknown force. The ‘barrier’ lasts only a short time, only enough to reflect an incoming one of these moves.
Toxic: Like his girl friend and best friend Janice Andre can produce toxins from his body, in his case the toxins lie in his fangs. However, unlike Janice, he is unable to change the chemical makeup of his poisons via his powers, instead having to alter the solution of the liquid physically. However, with his skill in medicines this allows him a far greater ability to manipulate the toxins’ effects.
Swift: One of Andre’s few offensive moves. With it he fires a single ‘spark’-like projectile which homes in on his foe. The ‘spark’ does superficial damage, but require little energy to use thus allowing him to fire off tonnes of them at a time.
Hypnosis: A very important move for Andre’s medical interest, with this ability Andre lulls his target to sleep by altering their brain’s wavelength to that of the sleeping wavelength. While Andre is restricted by his inexperience with the most in-depth implications of this ability his basic technique is very fast-working, and can send the victim into an almost unbreakable slumber.

Andre is a quite thin and scrawny for his age, although he not unfit, if a little frail. He generally wears a strange blend of red and white hip-hop clothes mixed with a medical theme, with the typical Red Cross symbol appearing on it predominantly. They take form as a pair of loose white trousers and white jacket, with red linings and the Red Cross all over it. The costume was made by Isabella, although the design was obviously suggested by Andre’s friend Tano.
Team and Relationships:
Andre is in a team with Sarabi, Mitzy and Tano, who are also his closest friends. He is also quite close to Yin, since he knows Janice quite well, although Yin ultimately turned down his offer of joining Team Throne.
Andre is the boyfriend and ‘pet’ of Janice Alejandro, a KU student who often visits the high school. The two are a very strange couple, with Janice’s strange treatment of him and his submission to these strange actions. She seems to love his inner psychotic nature, and he likes her style and open-mindedness.
