Foam and other semi-flexi substances best for armor.. alot easier to fit if it doesn't need exact pivots and joints

Foamies are best for cosmetic, costume armour. Nothing too intricate or full-coverage, too prone to ripping

Nope, just a simple three-layer stippling with an old brush :3
The armour was drybrushed old iron, but the rust was layered.
