Its fleece, and I either reverse stitched or used a very tight gauge needle to topstitch the layers together :)

I stumbled Across Blue Sub no. 6 pretty early on in my furriness when it played on Toonami on CN. Having never watched Street Sharks (before my time really), Verg was the first anthro shark I ever saw (should probably mention that I've been obsessed with sharks LONG before I ever found furry), and I fell in love. this is a great fursuit head of him. :3 nice jorb!!
