Obviously Lizzy is exhausted after all the tickling he's been through so even with those vulnerable feet he might be in such deep slumber he wouldn't even notice if you tickled them. If he's deeply asleep though, I wonder if you could get away with perhaps tying some pretty bows into his beard and moustache, and taking some feathers and slipping them in between each toe, including the small side toes and wait to see his reaction when he wakes up.
