Marquise Ils Van Holdenfrost
A Daemonic human noble who rules an area along the southern borders of Ubervale. Although those with highly deamonic appearances tend to be outcast from polite society, Ils inherited her title and family riches. She is not terribly popular among her subjects but she's generally regarded by common folk to be a lot less bothersome and murderous than previous Holdenfrost in the past.
I've been doodling on this for the last month or two. I did state a few times I was going to put it up soon, but I had trouble getting her humanoid features looking...human. I didn't use any references so maybe that was my mistake since I don't have much practice with human faces.
