So that's basically the results of the survey I put out last week concerning my Patreon. I didn't get a huge response but for those that did bother* to answer the two questions it confirmed my fears. I'm too late on the Patreon bandwagon and I lack wealthy fans. Other responses I got was disinterest in access to high quality image versions or my reworked IBSFA monsters which is a bit of a gut punch since I commissioned Yana to write the lore documents and I thought they were quite good. I especially liked what I did with the differences between the Temptress Ooze's SFW and NSFW versions.

Additionally one response said Patreon is a scam but I think that may be only a minor concern among my fans**.

It is somewhat ironic that the main reason I didn't do Patreon before now was the fear that no one would subscribe for my work. Now people are already subscribed to established Patreon creators and the world economy isn't too great for many to go splurging on more monthly subscriptions.

I'm very aware I'm lacking in charisma and struggle with being proactive in communities and fandoms. I still got people interested in commissions and I'm focusing on those for now before I get back to adding more exclusive content to Patreon. I might just get rid of the second tier and put that content in the other tier.

Anyways, I'm really glad to be back to doing commissions. I really need to get a new PC and my savings have taken a bit of a hit lately with having to pay for private dental work.
