When I was making this I never had the intent to make it look so misty. It's just a new effect I invented XD (though I bet someone else has already invented it)
It's basically just taking an image and then copy-paste it over the image and make it sorta blurry, and it makes a very dreamy filter on the image. Try it! :D
I've been recently replaying Assassin's Creed Unity recently, so I've been having french dresses on my mind.... which explains this clothing Ilma is having in the picture XD I just think she looks good in it :3

That's an interesting idea for achieving this dreamy visual effect. Might have to try it out sometime! Super loving the pic, as well! There's just something about the way this is done (expression? posing? colours? all of the above?) that makes it absolutely adorable!
