I wrote this a while ago when I was thinking about Gatomon a lot. Her potential as a macro is incredible and of course I had to make a story about her using her lovely paws. Go ahead and (hopefully) enjoy the story and all its paw-filled goodness. Leave a comment if you feel like it.

Gatomon, she’s just an adorable cat digimon who could never do anything bad. People who say that seem to forget one important fact; she’s a cat. Everyone knows that cats have a mischievous side and Gatomon is no exception. When Gatomon stops pretending to be the cute cat everyone thinks she is she’s truly terrifying. All the shades and layers of fluffy cuteness peel away and reveal a sadistic monster.
People who love Gatomon, the ones who are fooled by her adorable masquerading, would be horrified to learn the truth about her awful deeds. To learn about Gatomon’s mischievous activities, which go beyond something like thievery. Activities so heinous that it reduces humanity to little bugs; little bugs Gatomon gladly destroys. I remember one instance particularly well.
Gatomon woke up that morning in a particularly foul mood. I happened to be there that day, mostly because I was her neighbor. Well we really just slept near each other. She used to always seem so pleasant in the mornings. On that morning I woke to find Gatomon standing on my chest. She was glaring at me with both of her hands on her hips.
“Hey neighbor, I think I learned something today.” She said in a serious tone. “I’ve learned that I hate this city. I hate everything about it, especially the people,” After that sentence she tensed up and lifted a paw, “People like you!” She growled stomping on my face. She viciously grinned her paw on my face, “You’re all just a bunch of pests.” I vainly tried to push Gatomon off of me, put I couldn’t even budge her paw. “Weaker than bugs and scurrying around like them.” She stopped grinding her paw and splayed her toes so I could see her glaring again. “It’s about time I squashed all of you!” I don’t really know what happened to me after that, but I remember what Gatomon did to that city.
With a happy meow Gatomon began to expand in size, very rapidly. She grew so quickly that she got lodged between the two buildings that had been around us. Gatomon groaned for a moment as her body continued to grow. The screams of the people trying to evacuate the buildings could be heard clearly, but they were all too slow. With a mighty crash the two buildings collapsed to dust, along with all of their inhabitants. On top of the rubble sat Gatomon, her large rear taking care of whatever survivors there might have been. “Ah that felt good!” She mewed. “You bugs are in trouble now, Just wait until I start trying to crush you.” Gatomon stood up out of the rubble, the concrete cracking with her every movement, and dusted herself off. “You bugs ready to be squashed?”
All the people who had witnessed the destruction of the buildings stood still, in large groups, immobilized by shock. This proved to be a fatal mistake. As casually as taking a normal step Gatomon crushed one of the crowds under paw, leaving only a slightly bloody paw print where the crowd once stood. This made the other crowd start to panic. Only a few of them could avoid being crushed under paw and Gatomon’s toes easily crushed most of them. Still a few people managed to survive between Gatomon’s toes, but the toes’ wiggling and scrunching quickly obliterated them. “Ah! Those bugs were too scared to run.” Gatomon cooed. “They probably realized there was no hope for their survival.”
Whoever had not been in those unfortunate crowds of people were now completely panicked. They all ran around unorganized, some of them jumping into their cars. Before the cars could drive away, they found all of their escape routes blocked. While they had scrambled into their cars Gatomon had grown again, her toes alone now smothering the once expansive roads and the soles crushing a number of buildings. The only thing the passengers in the cars could do was stare into Gatomon’s eyes as she spoke. “Haha! You thought you could escape? I told you you’re all bugs. Little bugs can never escape the foot coming to stomp them.” With a quick smirk and a goodbye wink Gatomon slowly brought her paw down onto the cars. She let the metal slowly compress down onto their occupants to be uncomfortably cramped for a moment before being completely crushed under paw. Along with all the cars, even more of the city was demolished under her paw, leaving only a perfect paw print. Gatomon smiled proudly at the paw print. “Oh that’s beautiful! If I didn’t have to kill you all I’d tell you to make that a tourist attraction!”
Gatomon shifted her paw uncomfortably with a small grimace. Leaning on one of the only buildings that were still close to her height she lifted her paw to examine it. Digging into the sensitive pads of her paw was the sharp twisted metal remains of the cars she had just crushed. With as much care as she could muster Gatomon began to pluck each piece of metal from her paw pads, flinching at each prick of pain. After a dozen or more pricks, Gatomon’s paw pads were clear of any metal; only the stains of the bugs she had squashed were visible. Gatomon rested for a moment, trying to let her paw pads recover, when suddenly she heard a loud crack.
Immediately after she heard the crack, the building Gatomon had been leaning on collapsed. Gatomon had been putting all of her weight on the building, it was surprising the building had lasted as long as it did, and she fell into the rubble just as the building started to collapse. Because of her size, the collapse of the building was like a small amount of dirt falling on her. It infuriated her just the same.
As soon as the rubble had stopped falling on Gatomon, she growled furiously. “Your buildings can’t even support my weight!?” Gatomon brought herself to her feet, letting any humans that had survived the building’s collapse fall off of her to their demise, and stomped the ground furiously, causing several small buildings to collapse. “Everything about you bugs is pathetic! I was going to take my time to savor your destruction. But since it’s not going to be as hard as I thought, I’m just going to finish this now!”
In an instant Gatomon had grown larger than the whole city. At her current size, the city did truly look like a place full of bugs begging to be squashed. Gatomon giggled full of glee, “This is my favorite part of destroying a city! Are you all ready to die? There’s no escape for you!” One last time, Gatomon raised her paw, casting an ominous and deadly shadow over the city. She wiggled her toes excitedly, perhaps as a way to say goodbye to the city, and stomped down on the once peaceful place. With a deep boom the city disappeared under paw forever, with no resistance at all. She twisted and ground her paw into the ground leaving only a clean, circular crater where the city once stood. “I can’t leave any evidence that could link me back to this ‘tragedy’.” Gatomon said the word tragedy so casually it sounded like she thought what had just occurred wasn’t awful. But she did think that way, she thought it was something she just had the right to do.
As quickly as she had grown, Gatomon returned to her original less deadly size. Looking out at the crater she had made Gatomon turned on her heel and began her journey towards the next city she could find. “Ha! That was fun.” Gatomon sighed. “I wonder how the next city will be? I can’t wait to find out.” Gatomon said excitedly.
I don’t know how, but I managed to survive the destruction of my city. I’ve been stuck with Gatomon ever since that morning. Maybe when she grew to her huge size while standing on top of me, I got stuck in her paw somehow, probably between her toes. That’s how I can tell, in great detail, the ways Gatomon destroys the cities she gets sick of because she only uses her paws. Gatomon is obviously unaware of my presence, otherwise she would have crushed me long ago. I still can’t escape from her toes, or wherever I am on her paw. I’m not sure I want to at this point, it’s safer here where Gatomon can’t find me. This space between her toes reminds of the alley the two of us shared, it reminds me of the time I thought Gatomon was an adorable cat. Now I spend my days living the best life I can between the fluffy toes of the adorable goddess-like cat. Soon she’ll get sick of us humans all together and decided to crush us like the bugs she thinks we are.
