Chapter 4 -- Start of the trip.

*As morning came, Vaeros was already waiting almost a hour outside for the Master of the Mountains to get put of her cave. Seralth finally came out with two bags, one secured on her back and the other secured on her chest.*
"Sorry for the wait, I just go the essentials for the trip in one bag and the other bag... well I did not know what travel items we needed which is why it took so long."

"No worries, the time was enough for me to do my morning routine. So I am refresh, thin again and ready for the trip."
*Vaeros starts to flap her wings and soon flies straight up in the air. Getting out the map, she looks around to compare the land to the pictures to get the directions straight. Soon after the dragoness finds a few land marks she explains to Seralth who finally caught up.*
"Okay, that way is north so we need to go over here to reach the town."

*Seralth had a disappointed look across her muzzle as she pointed down to a shiny object moving far below.*
"That is a knight... seems I have one more job to do before I go on the trip."
*With that said the purple dragoness flies down and gently lands a quarter mile from the knight to just walk up beside him. Vaeros flies down close enough to hear what the purple dragon is saying aloud tot he knight.*

*The red dragoness snickers as it seems the first plan to get rid of the knight starts. Although she is soon disappointed by what she hears them say.*
"It has been ten minutes of her pleading the knight with each step he makes closer to the cave. I think the purple one has used every reason to not go to the cave if his intentions are to to kill the Master of the Mountains. From saying the ruler is actually nice if you talk to if you get on the Master's bad side you may die with the first step you make into the entrance."
*Vaeros was getting bored of watching Seralth trying to be nice before the knight actually stepped inside of the cave. As soon as the knight's armored foot hit the ground it seemed to be a blur as the purple dragoness turned attacked. In one motion she spun around so that her tail hit the back of the warrior hard enough to make a loud sound of the bending of metal and snaps of the foolish knight's insides. Vaeros was not sure if that one hit was able to kill the knight since Seralth pounced upon him and dismantled the armor. Once the knight was still motionless as his stripped body was devoured whole by the Master of the Mountains. It took less then a minute for the battle hardened knight to become a dragoness's snack.*

*Seralth flew back up to Vaeros and let out a light burp before explaining in a disappointed tone.*
"I did not tell him that I was the Master of the Mountains since I wanted to know his true intentions. His intentions was just to kill whoever ruled the area to get glory. I tried my best to change his intentions but it failed and now he is breakfast. Sorry about the wait, it would not have taken so long if he was closer to the cave."

*Vaeros still has a surprised look across her muzzle after seeing the change from a nice friendly dragon to the Master of the Mountains.*
"Wow... now I know how you kept the job so long. It is a good thing that passed the intention test when I met you. Now cheer up since you are finally going on a adventure!"
*Seralth's expression returns back to being excited for the trip as the two start their travel.*
