Chapter 5 -- Knights and warrior.

*The terrain changes from mountains to trees as the two fly for hours to the town on the map. A camp fire is seen in the woods and the smell of roasting boar rises into the air. They glance over to each other and with a grin and a nod the two circle down towards the open flame. Landing in the clearing far enough away from the encampment to get heard, the two start to sneak up on the unsuspecting group.*
*As they both get close enough within sight range it turns out the knights camping there are already prepared for the dragons. Both groups freeze not sure what to do as what seems to be the leader of the group removes his helmet and announces to the dragonesses.*
"Do not even think of attacking us! I alone have brought the Master of the barren Mountains to tears with just a few words."
*Vaeros snickers at the comment and takes a step forward staring at the leader.*
"I will call your bluff of being against that dragon. Besides I was at the Master of the barren Mountain's place a while ago. Even though I was pounced by the mighty ruler I managed to survive without wounds."
*Seralth walks in between the two and gives off a relieved sigh.*
"Okay what you both said was true. Anthony over here has been at my place a few times and brought me to tears with some funny stories. While Vaeros over here was pounced in a playful way. But I am glad that we do not have a fight on our hands."
*The purple dragoness turned towards the knight leader and asks in a polite tone.*
"I am traveling with Vaeros here... so Anthony can you and your knights do me a favor and watch over my cave? I will be sure to pay you for your efforts."
*Anthony kneels down and places his arm across his chest.*
"We have met several times Master of the Mountain and are friends. But I will make sure to treat this favor as a mission from a royal person of your status. So none of the members of my brotherhood will stray from the task or they will betray the code."
*The Master of the barren Mountains bowed back to the knight and responded in a respectful tone.*
"Thank you I will be sure to greatly reward you all for your efforts."
*Seralth hears Vaeros's stomach start to growl so she decides to finish the conversation.*
"If anyone comes just tell them to wait in line for me."
*With that said the two turn around to walk back to the clearing to fly, but Anthony is heard in the yelling to them.*
"Is a large ursine warrior a three mile away by a abandoned barn for you two to sleep in. Should be enough food for both of you two."
*Vaeros licks her lips at the news of potential prey. She turns her head over to Seralth and asks the purple dragoness.*
"Well that was nice, you now do not have to worry about others stealing your cave. But most importantly the directions to food. Oh ursine race has a rich flavor... not too sweet and not sour."
*Seralth's ego was still sky high from the deal with the knights as the two flew over towards their prey. Finally when was the target was in view they saw the ursine warrior was larger then normal, clad in leather armor with a large club. Unfazed by the challenge Seralth instructed Vaeros in a commanding tone the plan for this take down.*
*The warrior was starting up a campfire outside on the field while Vaeros landed on the other side of the field with a loud thud. She yelled out to the warrior with a snarl in her tone.*
"Heh, another pathetic creature. I bet you cannot roar loud enough to scare a kitten."
*He growled at the dragon and stood up.*
"I will show you that I should be feared and my roar will even scare you away."
*The ursine closed his eyes, took in a long deep breathe and inhaled Seralth's musk that was floating down. The warrior's eye grew wide as his sense were filled with the horrid stench, he stumbled around grasping to breathe but it was too late as the furred fighter passes out and hits the ground face first.*
"Told you that was going to be easy. The musk should fade in a few minutes but the effects will last longer. But just in case better start at his feet."
*Seralth did not have to say anything more as Vaeros quickly landed behind the bear and started to devour the warrior whole.*
*Vaeros does not take her time swallowing the large warrior's legs in, her jaw had to stretch widely to get over the mammal's large rump and gut. Thankfully it went smoother from there. She stopped swallowing when the bear's head and arms were still sticking out to look at Seralth for a answer.*
*The purple dragoness knew what her hungry friend wanted to ask, so she responded with a smirk.*
"No need to worry about the musk. He inhaled most of it and the rest should have dissipated by now."
*With that said Vaeros quickly took a few more gulps to swallow down the last of the warrior.*
