I'm not really sure how involved Bay is on this. He's just a producer so, for all I know, he just may have been ... passed out on the floor during post production.

He's not even Asian. I think he's the bad guy from last year's The Lone Ranger movie.... and April's dad for some reason. I've seen action figures of Splinter. I dunno about him either. The dwarf from Seinfeld was cast as Splinter from what I saw.
